What are the Ayurveda Doshas? Vata, Kapha, and Pitta
How many of us are aware of the three Doshas: Vata, Pitta, and Kapha? And what role these three Doshas play in our general well being?
The individual constitution of any person is obtained from the association of the three Doshas- Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. It is very uncommon that Vata, Pitta, and Kapha are similarly articulated in an individual this state is called the TriDosha.
Any imbalances in the Vata-Pitta-Kapha, due to eating some unacceptable nourishment, travelling excessively, or not remaining consistent with themselves throughout a more extended time frame, health issues may emerge.
Needless to mention, we don't take up any activities intentionally. We might not be alert or aware of what are we doing and how it can affect us. Hence, when any of the elements is out of balance, we may see certain health issues arising.
Recently, I came across Euroved's 3 of the 4 green teas, based on this phenomenon of Dosha. This tea is a unique blend of Ayurveda prepared to give rise to Doshic balance in each individual and useful and conciliating to every one of the three Doshas. These green teas having high antioxidant properties help improve complete digestion. This, in turn, helps to get rid of all the excess undigested food. The herbs in this tea are a natural remedy and help in dealing with cold, stress, and anxiety. This also promotes peace, improves the quality of sleep, and brings peace.
The reason behind I started consuming Euroved’s magical Green Tea is because imbalances in Doshas will affect us and the quality of our life. Vata problem includes rest problems, stomach related issues, and tension. Pitta problems, like gastritis, heat streaks, trouble sleeping, and bowel movements that are mushy are additionally conceivable. On the off chance that Kapha takes action against the Vata and Pitta issues, obesity, laziness, and dejection may happen.
